You’re billed monthly based on actual KWH usage at the stated $0.079 rate.
Q: How can I withdraw my hardware?
The hosting service contract term is 6 month from the order effective date. The electricity deposit could be returned within 7 days after the client terminates the service, provided that all bills and other charges have been paid.
Q: How can I get mining started?
Please provide your viabtc mining account info. Our operation team will configure the equipment to your address within one business day of the order being generated.
